In my research director role at OCHIN, I developed and implemented a research communications strategy that included blog posts (that I drafted), website design, research funding pitch slide decks, social media posts, and digital brochures highlighting our research team’s methodologic strengths and our research infrastructure. These initiatives enhanced our research impact and optimized our engagement with key audiences.
At the University of Colorado, through web development and social media, I drove engagement for my team’s research output. I have also developed and implemented digital communications for a health technology start-up, a professional society, and various advocacy related entities. As a physician-scientist, I have published over 60 peer-reviewed scientific papers in high impact medical journals.
